Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend A.Ismaylova / Azerbaijan does not see the need to change the format of negotiations regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement. According to the Head of Foreign Relations Department of the Executive Apparat of the Azerbaijani President, Novruz Mammadov, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group still have the opportunity to demonstrate a more decisive position. "They may do it and it is high time to do it. Positions on other conflicts are expressed, but in case of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the responsibility is put on the conflict sides. Why was there no such position in connection to Kosovo , Israel and Palestine ?" Mammadov questioned.
