An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale took place in the north-west of Azerbaijan on border area with Georgia on Thursday night, the Republican Seismology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan told Trend.
Tremors were recorded in Balakan at 23:48 local time. Tremors were not felt.
