An earthquake measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale took place in Bilasuvar region in Azerbaijan on Sunday, the Republican Seismology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan told Trend.

An earthquake measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale took place in Bilasuvar region in Azerbaijan on Sunday, the Republican Seismology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan told Trend.

Tremors were recorded in Bilasuvar at 17:53 local time.

Tremors were not felt in the region.
