Azerbaijani President ends visit to Russia

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today wrapped up his working visit to Russian city of Ulyanovsk, and returned home, Azertaj State News Agency reported.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was welcomed by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
