Azerbaijan Minister of Internal Affairs, colonel-general Ramil Usubov has met today with newly appointed Polish ambassador to the country Michal Labenda.
Usubov hailed the current situation of Azerbaijan-Poland relations, adding "reciprocal visits of the Heads of State, agreements signed have created a solid base for development of relations between the two countries".
The Azeri Minister said "development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland had a positive impact on relations between the interior bodies of the two countries".
Usubov also hailed bilateral cooperation within international organizations, including INTERPOL, UN, NATO, OSCE and European Union.
The Minister noted "more than 30 employees of the Ministry have attended conferences, sessions, seminars and trainings held in Poland".
