The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to increase the salaries of employees of the scientific and research institutions of the National Academy of Sciences financed from the public budget, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
Upon the order, the salaries of employees of the scientific and research institutions of the National Academy of Sciences financed from the public budget shall be increased by 20 percent from May 1, 2011.
The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of resolving all issues arising from the order.
