Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to attend UN Security Council meetings, the Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
Elmar Mammadyarov will visit New York from 10 to 12 Jan.
It's planned that minister will participate at the Security Council's briefing on Jan. 11 chaired by Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Africa and participate and speak on Jan. 12 at the Security Council debates presided over by South African President Jacob Zuma.
Mammadyarov is expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings during the visit.
