Adalat Party is planning to arrange its next congress this year. Officials of the partys press service said the congress to have been previously scheduled for fall 2006 has been delayed to early 2007.
Ismayilov said the party officials did not know the date of the congress. В"The saying that the congress will be held next year is not correct as this event may take place this year as well. We are not going to make the congress just to make it. Anyway, the congress will take place either late 2006 or early 2007В", he said.
Ismayilov said at the congress they would listen to the chairmans report, revise the Charter and Program of the party and elect heading agencies. Touching upon his participation as a candidate for chairmans position, Ismayilov said he was biding his time as there could be some other candidates.
