Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued a decree dismissing from their positions, the Heads of Executive Powers of the Khizi District, Tahir Guliyev and the Lerik District, Fizuli Hajiyev. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed. According to other decrees by the President, Vagif Abdullayev was appointed as Head of Executive Power of Khizi District and Rovshan Bagirov of Lerik District.
