The Azerbaijani Supreme Court summarizes practice of cases involving the recognition of rights to immovable property.
The shortcomings of the courts in this area have been studied and analyzed, the Supreme Court said.
The greatest number of violations were revealed in city and district courts of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja and other major cities.
The results of the practice will be brought before the Supreme Court, to be held next month.
