Georgia, Tbilisi, April 13 / Trend, N. Kirtskhalia /
The Tbilisi City Court will begin deliberation over the French citizen Stephen Cohen's murder in Tbilisi on Wednesday.
As the City Court told Trend, the murder was committed at the "Courtyard Marriott" Hotel in late January.
Juvenile Edgar M. was detained and accused of murder and robbery of Cohen's hotel room.
The Georgian side did not allow Cohen's parents to attend the trial, as Georgia judiciary law does not require the parents' presence for the murdered victim in trial, if the accused is a minor.
Stephen Cohen was an employee of the French company Sistra, which cooperates with the Tbilisi City Hall in organizing the transport system of Georgia's capital city.
It should be noted that before the trial on Sunday, Cohen's 26-year-old friend Irakli Kutateladze committed suicide.
