BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 18. The US Ambassador to Armenia, Kristina Kvien, has arrived at the border with Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
She was accompanied by the Armenian Ambassador to the US, Lilit Makunts.
No additional information about the trip was received. However, the photos, published from the city of Istisu (Jermuk), suggest that Kvien was watching the Azerbaijani side through binoculars.
