The leadership of the Head Department of Execution of Court Resolutions of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Justice (HDECR) made a serious warning to the chief of Gobustan prison Sadagat Agayev, Trend reports quoting Musa Humbatov, the head of HDECR.
According to him, several shortages have been revealed in the activity of Agayev. He was given three month-period to eliminate them. Besides, the chiefs of several reformatories were made similar warnings in relation with the bad relations with the prisoners, as well as various technical problems.
