Azerbaijan, Baku, 4 July / corr. Trend U.Ismayilova / Azerdemiryolbank, one of large banks in Azerbaijan, signed a contract with two insurance companies on medical insurance of its personnel, the company said on 4 July.
Medical insurance in Azerdemiryolbank was divided into four programs. Three of them are the 'VIP', 'Gold' and 'Silver' programs including top-management, high management, management of medium level, to be held by A-GROUP.
Personnel of Azerdemiryolbank (including 310 employees) will be insured on 'Business' program at Pasa Sigorta, Nofel Rzayev, general director of large insurance company, said.
A-GROUP has been operating in Azerbaijan's insurance market since 1995 and offers 19 kind of insurance services, including two obligatory. The authorized capital of the company amounts to AZN 1.55mln. The company gathered premiums in amount of AZN 1.4mln in the first quarter. Medical insurance, where the premiums were amounted to AZN 1.3mln, was a main part of lump earnings of A-GROUP.
Pasa Sigorta, an insurance company, has been functioning in Azerbaijani insurance market since 2006 and offers 29 kind of insurance services. In 2007 the company was awarded the Management Certificate by Moody International Certification Services. The authorized capital of the company amounts to AZN 9mln. The company gathered premiums at the amount of AZN 1.45mln.
