Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 July / Trend / Starting from 25 July 2008 placement of interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds (registration number AZ201000514) of "Bank Standard" CJSC CB will be started on BSE.
The volume of the issue is AZN 20,000,000, the face value per bond AZN 1,000, annual interest rate on bonds 13%, and the turnover period 1080 days.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. "Standard Capital" LLC will be the underwriter of bonds placement.
Those intending to purchase bonds can apply to an organization being the member of "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
