Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 July / Trend corr U. Ismayilova/ The prices for real estate increased by 3.1% in the primary market as for June 2008, the public organization 'Participants of the real estate' said.
The average price for one square metre in the primary market in Baku totaled $1,173.
Most of proposed flats made up five-rooms in the central first zone and one-room - in the third zone. Most proposed flats made up three-rooms in the primary market in Baku.
The average square of proposed flats in newly constructed buildings totaled 120.5 square metres, less by 0.3% than in May (120.5square metre).

The number of newly constructed buildings made up 555 and the number of construction companies - 212. Most of the newly constructed buildings were constructed the Yasamal District in Baku (24.9%). Building constructed in the Nasimi District makes up 20.7%, Khatai - 20.7%, Binagadi - 10.6%, Narimanov- 6.1% and Nizami- 5.6%.
