Azerbaijan, Baku, 2 December, / corr. Trend E.Ismayilov / "The further development of the transport corridor TRACECA will be discussed on 4 December at the jubilee conference of member-countries of this corridor in Baku," Akif Mustafayev, the national secretary of the organization from Azerbaijan, said on 2 December.
The decision to hold the jubilee summit in Baku was made during the Brussels meeting of national secretaries conducted in October. Transport ministers of TRACECA member-countries, as well as CE representatives and other international organizations are expected to attend the conference, Mustafayev added.
Participants in TRACECA project are Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. The main multilateral agreement on transport corridor TRACECA was signed in 1998 in Baku.
