Azerbaijan, Baku, 2 December / Trend , corr.U.Ismaylova /The Azerbaijani Parlaiment permitted to transfer land plots in 20-50 metres distance far from the coast of the Caspian Sea to the private property.
This permission was accepted in the result of introduced changes and supplements into the Bill 'On land reforms' and Land Code.
"The key challenge of the decision is to reduce the risk to pull down private properties along the coast of the Caspian Sea," Eldar Ibrahimov, the head of Parliamentary Commission on Agrarian Policy, said.
According to the acting Land Code, land plots, which are remained in the 80-130- metre coastal zone of the Caspian Sea, which belongs to Azerbaijan, remaining in the property of state, cannot be separated and can be transmitted into the use and lease by the decision of the corresponding body of executive power. Transferred to use and lease land plots, which are remained in the 80-130- metre coastal zone of Caspian Sea cannot be overlapped via enclosure or by other methods, and way to the coast of sea cannot be limited
