Altyn Asyr plastic card owners will have access to a wide range of services. The Altyn Asyr system operates on the basis of Processing Center of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
Customers will make payments for transport, energy and public utilities via ATMs. They will also be able to make loan and deposit operations and money transfers with other card owners.
These measures will expand the network of non-cash transactions in the country and accelerate integration with the global system of cashless payments.
The center is equipped with modern equipment. Its goal is to create a stable and safe cashless payment system by using plastic cards.
