The Turkmen Communication Ministry announced an international tender to purchase sim-cards in 3G standard, in count of 300 000 for TM CELL mobile communication net.
TM CELL is national cellular operator of Turkmentelekom state agency.
Deadline for tender bids is November 17 of 2009, till 14:00 [local time].
Interested persons can receive the information and purchase technical tasks after given written requests with notation of full name of participant, his legal status, a country of registration and bank requisites.
