The Azerbaijani Transport Ministry will take part in the first Azerbaijani national exhibition to be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Nov.5-10, the ministry reported on Monday.
Ministry's Transport and Scientific-Technological Policy Development Department's information and data sector head Ismayil Karimov, as well as representatives of the CJSC Azerbaijan Railways, will represent the ministry at the event.
The exhibition will be held on the basis of the agreement reached between the two counties' presidents. The Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry is the organizer of the event.
The exhibition will demonstrate the indicators of the country's achievements in the socio-economic development, energy, industry, communications and information technologies, transportation, agriculture, environment, tourism, culture, folk art, health, education, sports and other social spheres.
