Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a document. According to it, the Tax Code dated October 25, 2005 has been changed and amended.
In particular, it is indicated whose income is not taxable.
According to the updated articles of the law, the income of the following people is not taxable:
- Heroes of Turkmenistan,
- People awarded with the Order of Turkmenistan "Rukhnama"
- People classified as veterans in accordance with the Turkmen Code "Social Security"
- People disabled as a result of hostilities
- Disabled children, disabled of I and II groups
- People injured as a result of the radiation disaster.
