In March, the Azerbaijani National Depository Center (NDC) concluded agreements with Kredobank, Unibank and Azerbaijan Railways to provide register and depositary services, the NDC said.
A similar agreement was signed with "Meiset Maye Qaz" in February and in January with "Innovativ Tedris Menbeleri", "Bakı Konserv" and "Sabirabad Insaat Xidməti".
The NDC was established on Sep.18, 1997, by the Azerbaijani State Committee for Property Issues. After establishment of the SSC, NDC shares were transferred to SSC management. In this regard, the NDC was re-established by the SSC on Sept. 8, 1999, and government-registered on Sept. 17, 1999.
