The Turkmen Food Industry Association announced an international tender for the construction of the "Turnkey" plant, which will delint cotton seeds at the Turkmenabat oil extraction plant and the Dashoguz plant for vegetable oils.
The processing capacity of the plants will increase to 800 and 450 tons of cottonseed per day, respectively.
The deadline for tender submission is Sept. 16, 2011.
