In January - September 2012 the nominal income per capita in Azerbaijan amounted to 2644.7 manat, which exceeds the figure for the same period last year by 12 per cent, the report of the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan stated on Monday.
The average monthly income per person amounted to 293.9 manat.
The growth rate of per capita income exceeded the consumer price increase by 10.5 percentage points.
During the reporting period, of 24.2 billion manats of personal income the population of the country spent 62.9 per cent on goods and services, 8.7 per cent - taxes, deductions for state compulsory social insurance and compulsory contributions, 1.6 per cent - payments on loans and 26.8 per cent - the accumulation of capital.
The income at the disposal of the population, accounted for 22.1 billion manat, which is 13.8 per cent more than in January - September 2011.
