An Iranian knowledge-based firm has managed to manufacture a CNC foam router machine for the first time, a member of Arak University’s academic board said.
“The CNC foam cutter machine has been designed and developed by a knowledge-based firm in (Arak) province,” Moeen Ahmadi told IRNA on September 17.
“The CNC routers are ideal productivity tools for foam product manufacturers, those active in packaging, builders and industrialists,” he added.
Currently, only the US, Germany, Australia and China are capable of producing the machine, the academic said.
CNC Foam Router is capable of routing a myriad of objects. It uses software for an unmatched ease-of-use. There are a variety of models available, ranging from relatively small single head units to large multiple head systems that can produce large parts at high volume.
