Azerbaijan’s Sahliyali company, which is engaged in the manufacture of sausages and dairy products, is considering the possibility of increasing production, the company told Trend.
According to the source, the company can increase the production of sausages to 5-20 percent.
"This step is aimed at strengthening the export potential of the company. We want to organize the supply of products to the countries of the region, particularly to Georgia and Turkey. Initial deliveries are planned to the Georgian market, and negotiations regarding this are already underway," the company said.
It was stated that the company is later planning to set up exports to Turkey.
"Only sausage products are considered for export purposes, whereas all dairy products are intended for the domestic market. Our future plans also include the expansion of the production line of dairy products," the company said.
It was also noted that the company’s products, competitive in the domestic market, are well sold in Baku and other cities of Azerbaijan.
Sahliyali has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2009.
