Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend I.Khalilova / Within the 9 March Memorandum on Cooperation, the Corporate Governance Development Project in Azerbaijan of the International Finance Corporation began consultations with the Azerbaijan Investment Company JSC in various directions, CGPA Head, Charles Kenfield, said on 12 July.
Firstly corporate governance trainings have been organized for the AIC employees. In addition, consultations are held for the companies which work with AIC. "We will assist investment companies in devising tools which AIC may use to assess the situation in the companies before investing," Kenfield said.
