Prices for Azerbaijani oil reduce on October 30

On October 30 the price of AZERI LT CIF Augusta was $76.87 per barrel, or $2.13 per barrel down, according to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), which has produced Light Oil with foreign partners since 1997.

Azeri Light oil is produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli offshore fields. It is directly delivered to the Turkish port of Ceyhan via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export oil pipeline by mixing with Kazakh oil.

Azeri Light is exported to the Georgian port of Supsa via the Baku-Supsa pipeline.

AZERI LT FOB Ceyhan oil price was $76.04 per barrel in Turkish port of Ceyhan on October 30, or $2.13 per barrel less than the previous day's price, SOCAR said.

Azerbaijan exports URALS oil from the Novorossiysk port, which is delivered via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline. The high quality Azerbaijani oil, including Azeri Light, is blended with other oil brands in the Russian pipeline system and is sold from the Novorossiysk Port as URAL.

This oil yields to Azerbaijani oil in specifications, quality and price.

The price of URAL (EX-NOVO) was $73.71 per barrel on October 30, or $2.42 per barrel less than the previous price.

On October 30 the price of Brent Dated, produced from the North Sea, was $74.97 per barrel, $2.26 per barrel down compared to the previous price.
