As a critical part of the Southern Gas Corridor, TAP plays a key role in bolstering Europe’s energy security by diversifying energy supplies and advancing the shift toward decarbonization. The pipeline, with an annual transport capacity of around 10 billion cubic meters (bcm), also has the potential to expand up to 20 bcm. TAP’s reliable natural gas supply is instrumental in providing Europe with access to a sustainable and diversified energy source.
