Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Over the period of January-June 2007, Azerenergy JSC produced nearly 11.372 bln KWt electricity, Company's press service reports. Over the period of January-June 2006, Azerenergy produced 10.806 bln KWt electricity, of which 9.355 bln KWt falls on the share of heating plants.
Of the electricity produced in the first half of 2007, 9.89 bln KWt fall on share of heating plants and nearly 1.48 KWt on share of hydroelectric power plants.
In June, 1.4 bln KWt electricity was produced and electricity was exchanged with Russia, Iran and Georgia.
