BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. An auction for the placement of shares of Azerbaijan's Kapital Bank will be held on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 22, Trend reports referring to the BSE.
A total of 1,614,205 stocks of the bank with a nominal value of 12.39 manat ($7.29) each will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is "Paşa Kapital İnvestisiya Şirkəti" JSC insurance company.
Bonds of Azerbaijan's Kapital Bank with a total value of 19,9 million manat ($11.7 million) were listed in the standard market segment on December 20, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
