BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. An auction for the placement of shares of Azerbaijan's "CPM-Invest" JSC investment company will be held on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 23, Trend reports referring to the BSE.
A total of 400 stocks of the investment company with a nominal value of 1000 manat ($588) each will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is "CPM İnvestisiya Şirkəti" JSC investment company.
Stocks of "CPM-Invest" JSC with a total value of 400,000 manat ($235,290) were listed in the standard market segment on December 20, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
