BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 28. An auction for the placement of shares of Azerbaijan's Unibank will be held on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 29 and 30, Trend reports referring to the BSE.
A total of 2.5 million shares of the bank with a nominal value of 2.72 manat ($1.6) each will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is "Unicapital İnvestisiya Şirkəti" JSC insurance company.
Shares of Azerbaijan's Uniban with a total value of 6.8 million manat ($4 million) were listed in the standard market segment on December 8, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
