ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, July 11. Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank in Turkmenistan clinched the title of the bank boasting the highest count of point-of-sale (POS) terminals across the country at the beginning of July this year, Trend reports.
As per the Central Bank of Turkmenistan's data, Dayhanbank holds the lead with 8,208 POS terminals, followed closely by Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank with 7,663 terminals, and Halkbank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank securing the third spot with 6,899 terminals.
Dayhanbank's POS terminals are primarily concentrated in the Lebap region with 2,273 units, followed by Dashoguz with 1,717 units, and Mary with 1,713 units, as reported.
