The Consultation Company FACP prepares proposals for the State Enterprise Azerpocht functioning under the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Azerbaijan, Trend reports quoting the Ministry. The Company has been selected within the project of Development of the Financial Services realized in co-operation with the World Bank. The primary goal of the project is to modernize the postal network of the country.
FACP should prepare packs of proposals for the State Enterprise in various directions, including studying the conditions for applying the measures envisaged by the plan of project, for accounting program support, new structural changes in the postal network and all necessary conditions for realizing technical and institutional reforms.
