State Housing Development Agency of Azerbaijan has announced a tender to develop a project for the construction of a residential complex on the territory of 6.23 hectares, on the street of the Azerbaijan flag in the Ganja city.
The tender consists of five lots.
Lot №1: Construction of two twelve-story residential buildings - 600 manat ($352.9).
Lot №2: Construction of one nine and two twelve-storey residential buildings - 900 manat ($529.4).
Lot №3: Construction of one nine-storey residential building, a kindergarten for 125 children and nurseries, as well as a non-residential building - 600 manat ($352.9)
Lot №4: Construction of one nine-storey residential building - 600 manat.
Lot №5: External and internal electrification - 600 manat.
All those willing to participate in the tender should send the application before 17:00 on Mar. 6, 2020, and the tender proposal - until 17:00 on Mar. 16, 2020.
Opening of tender packages will take place on Mar. 17, 2020 at 15:00.
