BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. KazTransOil, the national oil transporter of Kazakhstan, plans to raise tariffs for oil transportation services for export and transit through the territory of Kazakhstan, Trend reports, citing the company.
These tariffs are effective from May 1, 2023.
Thus, a tariff has been approved for oil loading into rail tank cars at Kasymov Oil Pumping Station - in the amount of 1,213 Kazakh tenge ($2.67) per ton (excluding VAT). Previously, a tariff of 409.57 Kazakh tenge ($0.90) per ton (excluding VAT) was applied.
At the same time, oil transshipment at Kasymov Oil Pumping Station to the system of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium without oil heating was approved in the amount of 263.49 Kazakh tenge ($0.58) per ton (excluding VAT) from a previous tariff of 122.91 Kazakh tenge ($0.27) per ton (excluding VAT).
Moreover, by the Orders of the General Director (Chairman of the
Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC dated March 31, 2023 № 30 and
№ 31 the following service tariffs of KazTransOil JSC for export
outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and transit through the
territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan were approved:
- oil transshipment at Kasymov Oil Pumping Station to the system of
the Caspian Pipeline Consortium with oil heating - in the amount of
320.09 Kazakh tenge ($0.70) per ton (excluding VAT) (previously, a
tariff of 128.43 Kazakh tenge ($0.28) per ton (excluding VAT) was
applied);
- oil transshipment at Makat Oil Pumping Station to Kenkiyak -
Atyrau pipeline - in the amount of 2,283.27 Kazakh tenge ($5) per
ton (excluding VAT) (previously, a tariff of 1,118.10 Kazakh tenge
($2.4) per ton (excluding VAT) was applied);
- oil transshipment at Kenkiyak Main Oil Pumping Station - in the
amount of 337.5 Kazakh tenge ($0.74) per ton (excluding VAT)
(previously, a tariff of 89.15 (Kazakh tenge ($0.19) per ton
(excluding VAT) was applied);
- single routing operator activity - in the amount of 84.47 Kazakh
tenge ($0.18) per ton (excluding VAT) (previously, a tariff of
41.45 Kazakh tenge ($0.09) per ton (excluding VAT) was
applied);
- oil transshipment at Shmanov Oil Pumping Station to Kenkiyak -
Atyrau oil pipeline for export outside the Republic of Kazakhstan
in the amount of 1,000 Kazakh tenge ($2.2) per ton (excluding VAT)
(previously, a tariff of 500 Kazakh tenge ($1.1) per ton (excluding
VAT) was applied).
