Analytical study Evaluation of Child Protection System, held by an international expert Irina Malanchuk, with assistance of UNICEF in Kyrgyzstan says that child social security system in our country is disintegrated, news agency "24.kg" reported.
The system is controlled by several central and local governmental structures and it literally tears the system apart. "Besides, the new structures with unclear functions have been recently established in the sphere," the report said.
Two parallel systems function in the country - the Child Protection Department without potential at places (in regions, districts and rural areas) and all previously existed central structures (ministries) with services at the local level.
