He said that officers of the prosecutor's office and members of the interim government had an unimpaired access to vault of the AsianUniversalBank and they could open unnamed deposit boxes. "But except Bakiyev's deposit boxes there were boxes of other citizens. I know that a number of depositors gave bribes, 20 percent of the amount of deposit, to return money back. How do you think will somebody keep money with bank? Surely, nobody. If tomorrow we receive subpoenas from international courts on the motion of Sidorov or Ivanov then who will recover the money lost - the national budget or members of the interim government?" the Speaker asked.
