BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 12. Negotiations are currently underway between Kyrgyzstan and AD Ports Group, a company from the UAE, on the reconstruction and construction of airports in Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports citing the official website of the Kyrgyz government.
This became known today during a meeting between the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov and the Minister of Economy of the UAE Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri in Abu Dhabi.
During the talks, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and highly appreciated the partnership relations established between the two countries based on mutual trust.
"In addition to the reconstruction and construction of airports, at the moment there is also close cooperation with the AD Ports Group company on the modernization of customs and border posts of Kyrgyzstan. The total cost of all projects is about $800 million," the message said.
Meanwhile, AD Ports Group, founded in 2006, specializes in several areas: ports, economic zones, shipping, logistics and digital technologies.
