ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, April 30. The construction of the first stage of a new residential complex along the highway to the international airport is nearing completion in the administrative center of the Dashoguz region of Turkmenistan, Trend reports.
According to an official source, dozens of modern apartment buildings are currently ready for occupancy, and the state is prepared to inaugurate a new school with a capacity for 600 students and a kindergarten accommodating 240 children.
Additionally, kilometers of utility networks, highways, and sidewalks are being laid throughout the complex, with approximately 11 kilometers of roads serving various purposes already constructed in the initial phase.
Upon completion, the 71-hectare complex will consist of 70 four-story houses of improved layout with a total capacity of 1,496 apartments.
At the same time, the surrounding area will be landscaped and equipped with wide areas.
Meanwhile, as part of the strategy for the development of building construction and infrastructure improvement in Turkmenistan, the focus is on comprehensive support for residential and commercial construction, as well as renovation of existing facilities.
In this context, the emphasis is on the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the skills of specialists in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as attracting investments and establishing partnerships with international construction companies in order to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase the level of comfort for the population.
