TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, October 9. Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (Uzbekistan-South Korea JV) has announced a tender to purchase HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) spare parts.
Potential bidders are not permitted to participate if any of the following conditions are met:
- reorganization (merger, division, separation, transformation), liquidation, or bankruptcy;
- companies are registered in states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or provide for disclosure and provision of information in financial transactions (offshore zones), or do not have accounts in banks located in offshore zones;
The company should submit a tender offer in English and Russian.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 15:00 (GMT+5) November 8.
