Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi who is visiting Turkey at the head of high-ranking delegation met with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday, IRNA reported.
The meeting took place at Prime Minister's Palace and the delegations from both sides started their negotiations.
Rahimi is visiting Turkey at invitation of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and he is accompanied by ministers of oil, industry, mine and commerce, roads and transportation and justice.
Rahimi and Erdogan will attend a join press conference after their talks.
Iranian first vice president will meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul on Friday in the second day of his visit to Turkey.
