(IranMania) - Manouchehr Mottaki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran would be paying an official visit to India from November 16 to 17, 2006, IRNA reported.
This will be the minister's first visit to India since becoming foreign minister.
Mottaki's visit is part of the regular process of high level exchanges between the two countries, said a Press Release issued by India's Ministry of External Affairs, here on Wednesday, reports Trend.
It would be recalled that former external affairs minister of India, K Natwar Singh, had visited Iran in September 2005.
Mottaki will be accompanied by Sheikh Attar, deputy foreign minister for economic affairs, Eslami, director general, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Saqaeean, deputy director general, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
