Direct Beirut-Yerevan flight to start

Direct Yerevan-Beirut flight will be operating from July 6, the press service of Armenia's Chamber of Commerce said, Armenia Today reported.

A large and representative delegation of Lebanese official and business circles will arrive for the occasion in Armenia.

The delegation will visit Armenia's Chamber of Commerce where the chairmen of the two countries Chambers of Commerce, Martin Sargsyan and Mohamad Choker will sign an agreement on cooperation. This will be followed by a joint press conference with the two chairmen.

The Lebanese delegation includes MEA airline CEO Mohamed Al-Houthi, the Minister of Industry of Lebanon Vrezh Sabondzhyan, former ministers of Armenian origin and current MPs, deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Lebanon Haroutiun Samuelyan, chairman of the Association of Banks in Lebanon, the chairman of the Association of Lebanese Industrialists, other senior officials, the ambassadors of the two countries, executives, and entrepreneurs.

The visit is of utmost importance and will have a significant impact on the development of Armenian-Lebanese economic relations, Armenia's Chamber of Commerce reported.
