Egypt's leading political force, the Muslim Brotherhood, has set the date for the start of 'national dialogue involving all political parties', The Voice of Russia reported.
The first round of talks will take place on February 21, Egypt`s media say quoting the party`s leader, Mohammed Badia.
On Monday, the Muslim Brotherhood announced that it seeks to form a national coalition government on the basis of majority it currently holds in parliament.
The ruling military council rejected the idea, saying that Kamal Al-Ganzouri's government will remain in office until the presidential election has taken place in early summer.
