President Hamid Karzai said Monday that his government would convene traditional Loya Jirga or grand assembly within two to three months to take decision with regard to inking agreement on strategic relations with the United States, Xinhua reported.
"On having strategic relations with the U.S., it has merit to mention that the U.S. presented a drafted document two weeks ago and the document is still under review," Karzai told at a press conference in his Palace.
If the United States wants to establish strategic relations with Afghanistan it should accepts Afghanistan's terms and conditions, Afghan president stated.
