Russia offered its radar station which is under construction in Armavir to the interested countries for tracing Iran's missile programs, the head of the International Agreement Department at the Russian Defence Ministry, General-Lieutenant Yevgeni Bujinski, reported.

"We offered to the United States: let's jointly exploit radar station in Gabala and Armavir for tracing missile programs of Iran and other countries. As soon as we note the first test launching (by Iran), we will have at least five years to get ready to repel the threat, and to get ready jointly," the General said to journalists, according to RIA Novosti.

He said that as he knew no missile threat from Iran, on which Washington speaks so much, was expected for next 15-20 years. Iran is not capable of production not only of inter-continental ballistic missiles but even 5-6km distance missiles, Bujinski said.
