Changes occurred in the leadership of the International Insurance Company, in accordance with which Farid Hashimov joined the board of directors, the insurance company told Trend Oct.20.
At the same time, Hashimov occupies the position of head of the department on work with the structural divisions of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
Thus, the board of directors of the insurance company is as follows: chairman of the board of directors - Huseyn Sultanov, members of the board of directors - Vugar Badalov and Farid Hashimov.
International Insurance Company JSC was established in Azerbaijan in 2002. The authorized capital of the insurance company at the end of 2014 amounted to 14.8 million manats.
In January-August 2015, the International Insurance Company collected insurance premiums worth 8.8 million manats with payments worth 2.9 million manats.
